1. External Coil Heating: The coil is wound around the outside of the drum, heating the drum through electromagnetic induction and indirectly conducting heat to the material, ensuring uniform heating.
2. Heating Copper Tube: Acting directly on the drum, electromagnetic energy is efficiently converted into heat energy, increasing thermal efficiency by more than 30%, suitable for high-precision temperature control requirements.
3. Intelligent Control System: Equipped with an electromagnetic heating controller, supporting stepless power adjustment (10%-100%), automatic frequency matching, and multiple protection functions (phase loss, overcurrent, overtemperature, etc.), ensuring stable and reliable operation.
