The black soldier fly dryer purchased by Malaysian customer from our company has been running for a period of time, and it is running stably now. The customer is very satisfied with the equipment and the finished product.
Project introduction:
the raw material is black soldier fly larvae, the initial moisture is 77%, final moisture is 7±2%. the input capacity is 2.2t/h, the output is 0.54t/h.
It uses our JTSG1210 model steam heating rotary dryer, the drying temperature is 110-120 ℃, and the temperature of the insects during the drying process rises to 80-85 °C.
