The coal slime drying project in Dafang, Guizhou—undertaken by Jiutian—is designed with a raw material processing capacity of 50 tons per hour. It is capable of reducing the moisture content of coal slime from an initial level of ≤30% to a final level of ≤15%, thereby enabling the resource recovery and utilization of coal slime. The equipment is currently operating continuously on-site with stable production parameters; the system processes 8 shovel-loads of material per hour, with each load weighing 5 tons. The hoisting work at the rear end of the site has been fully completed (100%), though the installation of air ducts was temporarily suspended due to rainfall. All operational temperatures, motor frequencies, and current parameters are within the normal range, and the entire drying system is functioning smoothly. The project team has deployed two on-site personnel, who have logged a cumulative total of 73 man-hours, ensuring steady progress in the project’s implementation and production commissioning.
