The Fujian distiller's grain drying project is located in Jian'ou City, Nanping, and adopts a process of one-stage pre-drying—fermentation—two-stage drying. The moisture content of the raw materials is ≤60%, ≤40% after pre-drying, and ≤12% in the finished product. The primary drying capacity is 10 tons/hour, and the secondary drying capacity is 6.8 tons/hour, achieving the reduction, stabilization, and resource utilization of distillers grain.
