Biomass pellet fuel is a kind of clean and environmentally friendly energy. It is made of common crop waste such as straw, straw, branches, and fruit shells. Realizing low-carbon emissions through full combustion is an important energy source for energy conservation and emission reduction under the goal of carbon neutrality. So how are biomass pellets made?

Firstly, according to the thickness, softness and hardness of the raw materials, use a crusher or pulverizer to grind the raw materials into powdery fragments and put them into the buffer bin. If the material moisture is too high, it is necessary to use a dryer to reduce the moisture to meet the granulation standard. The next step is to transport the material to the granulator through a belt conveyor or auger conveyor, and the granulator compresses the raw materials into granules. Afterwards, the pressed pellets are sent to the cooling bin for cooling, because the freshly pressed pellets have a high temperature and are not yet fully formed, so they are easily broken under the action of external force, so they need to be packed in bags after cooling in the cooling bin. According to the needs of customers, it is packaged into large bags and small bags.
After the production of these finished granules, they can be stored neatly through packaging, which is very convenient for transportation, storage and use, and can be widely used in industrial production, heating, and even biomass power generation. Whether it is in the factory or in the family, it is very applicable, and the market is very broad.
Zhengzhou Jiutian factory provides a full set of biomass pellet manufacturing plant, you can contact us at any time to configure the most suitable biomass pellet production line plan for you.
Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
