Empty palm fruit bunches are the main waste produced by palm oil mills after palm fruit is squeezed for oil. Using palm waste as raw material, through pretreatment and processing, it is solidified and extruded into high-density pellet fuel, which can not only save energy but also reduce emissions, and has good economic and social benefits. It can be widely used in biomass power plants, biomass steam boilers, household fireplaces, drying furnaces and biomass gasifiers, etc. It is an efficient and clean renewable energy source.
Process flow of efb pellet production line:
The palm waste is coarsely crushed by a drum disperser and then cut into fine powder by a special palm chopper. Then after screening, it enters a three-layer drum dryer to dry the raw materials with a moisture content of 50% to about 15%. Finally, a biomass pellet machine is used for granulation processing. The diameter of the processed finished pellets is 6-10mm. After the pellets are cooled, they are packed by a packaging machine for easy transportation and sale. The entire line has a compact design, reasonable structure, and can be designed directionally according to customer requirements.
Zhengzhou Jiutian specializes in the production of complete sets of biomass pellet fuel molding equipment, and can provide customers with complete sets of biomass pelletizing production lines using logs, sawdust, shavings, straw, palm waste, etc. as raw materials. We have many successful cases around the world, you can contact us for a free quote or on-site inspection.
Potato starch residue, a byproduct of potato processing, is often considered waste. However, with the right approach, it can be transformed into a profitable resource. One of the most effective ways to monetize potato starch residue is by using a potato r
The coal slime dryer is a specialized industrial equipment designed to reduce the moisture content in coal slime, a by-product of coal washing and processing. With the increasing demand for efficient energy utilization and environmental protection, the co
South America is endowed with abundant biomass resources that offer immense potential for renewable energy. The continent’s rich forests, expansive agricultural lands, and energy crops provide an excellent foundation for a robust biomass pellet production
Okara, also known as soybean pulp, is a byproduct of tofu and soy milk production. Although rich in fiber and protein, fresh okara has a high moisture content (about 80%), making it highly perishable. To extend its shelf life and enhance its usability in
