Focus on heavy equipment
The river sand dryer adopts a new type of three-pass dryer, which has high drying efficiency and low price. So, how to make the river sand dryer achieve the ideal drying effect?

1. Control the initial moisture of the sand
Materials with particularly high water content should be properly dehydrated before drying, and then dried after meeting the feeding standards of the dryer. This can not only improve the processing efficiency of materials, but also avoid increasing the loss of machines.
2. Boot preparation
Before the load test machine, test run the attached equipment first. The dryer needs a preheating process, and it cannot be burned on a high fire, so as to avoid local overheating and uneven thermal expansion to damage the equipment. While preheating, turn on the dryer to rotate, so as not to avoid uneven heat and cause the cylinder to bend.
3. Stable feeding
The drying of the material in the sand dryer depends on the full contact between the material and the heat carrier, and the drying is realized by means of heat exchange. Therefore, it is particularly important to grasp the amount of material and the amount of fuel in the furnace during work. The raw material or the burning fuel must be fed in smoothly and evenly, and the feeding ratio cannot be changed suddenly.
4. Stop and turn off
For machine operation technology, please turn the temperature regulator knob to the 0 degree position to reduce improper start-up and prolong the life of the solenoid valve.
5. Choose the equipment that suits you
The choice of river sand dryer needs to be selected according to its own actual situation, so as to bring higher economic benefits to users and make sand materials better dried.
