Generally, the moisture content of the dehydrated potato residue is about 65%, and then it enters sweet potato residue dryer, and is first evaporated and dried at high temperature. Then enter into low temperature drying, the dried potato residue is not paste, not saccharified, and the moisture content is reduced to 15%.
