Focus on heavy equipment
The pellet machine generally needs to cooperate with other auxiliary equipment to complete the production. So how much money will be invested to purchase a complete biomass pellet production line, what equipment is included, and what is the production process?

The pellet machine is the core equipment of the biomass pellet production line. In addition, customers can configure conveyor belts, crushers, dust collectors and other equipment. The production of biomass pellets consists of raw materials, crushing, drying, granulating, cooling, and finished product packaging.
Production process overview: First determine the raw materials (sawdust, straw, rice husk, bamboo, miscellaneous wood, as long as the plant can be crushed and burned can be pelletized), determine how many tons of pellets are made a day, and then divide it into a few hours of work a day, which is hourly output. If the raw material is not in powder form, it needs to be pulverized in a grinder. After pulverization, use a moisture meter to measure the moisture of the material. The water content can be granulated at 15%. On the contrary, if the water content is too high or too low, it cannot be granulated. If the water content is high, it needs to enter the drying drum. If the water content is low, it needs proper humidification. After the pellet machine comes out, the pellet needs to be cooled due to the high temperature. Different coolers are equipped according to the customer's output.
Biomass pellet production line price: The biomass pellet production line provided by our company currently has an output of 1-10 tons per hour. According to the characteristics of the customer's raw materials, the corresponding auxiliary equipment is different. The specific price is based on the customer's actual output. Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
