Focus on heavy equipment
The moisture content of wet bean dregs is very high, generally around 80%. Whether it is transportation or processing, there will be greater risks. Small yields can be dried through natural drying or fermented into biological feeds, but large-volume production is obviously costly, poor quality and long cycle. The whole set of soybean dregs dehydration and drying equipment can process dozens of tons or hundreds of tons of wet soybean dregs a day, with high efficiency and better quality controllability.
The bean dregs dryer production line adopts a special internal structure to ensure the effect of bean dregs after drying. It adopts novel and unique sealing device, and is equipped with a good thermal insulation system, which effectively reduces the coal consumption of the drying system. The overall system has good sealing performance and is equipped with a complete dust removal device, no dust spills, and a good operating environment. The whole drying system adopts electric centralized control, the hot air temperature is automatically adjusted, the degree of automation is high, and the operation is convenient. After the drying section, subsequent sections such as crushing, mixing, granulating, and packaging can be connected to produce the finished okara pellet feed.
The bean residue dryer can quickly dry the bean residue with a moisture content of 65-75% to dry products with a moisture content of less than 13%. The unit uses coal (natural gas, coal gas) as the energy source, hot air as the drying medium, and the use of strong hot air to dry all kinds of wet materials at a high temperature with instantaneous temperature difference. The main engine transmission device adopts electromagnetic speed regulation and is equipped with The automatic temperature control device keeps the color of the dried product after drying, and retains the color, taste and nutrients of the original material.
Okara drying process:
1. After the dewatered wet bean dregs enter the dryer, the evenly distributed copy plate in the drum is turned over, and it is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with hot air, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer of drying. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, part of the water evaporates and the bean dregs are further dried. At the same time, the cleaning device also played a role in breaking the bean dregs balls, increasing the drying speed. After the bean dregs are dried, they become loose materials with low moisture and are discharged from the discharge port.
2. In the drying process, the bean dregs are discharged to the other stage of the dryer by the star-shaped discharge valve under the action of the inclined plate and the heat medium. The selection and design of the process parameters of the bean dregs dryer production line and the technical parameters and structure of each equipment are obtained after careful analysis and research on the bean dregs materials, and verified by the actual bean dregs drying test.
3. In the program design, the characteristics of high moisture content, high protein content, and high viscosity of bean dregs were fully considered, and a series of original and unique technologies and processes were adopted to solve them to ensure a good drying effect.
