A large amount of straw is produced every year. The current ways of using straw include fertilizer, feed, and energy. Straw carbonization is a new way to reuse straw in recent years. The carbonized straw can be used as fuel or used in industry, and even Applied to the soil as biochar. Straw carbonization requires preliminary crushing of the straw, so that the length of the straw can reach 3-5 cm for easy feeding, and the crushed straw can be carbonized.
The straw carbonization machine is a special equipment for carbonization of straw. It uses the "one-fire two-step method" for carbonization. The pulverized straw can be carbonized after four steps in the carbonization machine. The first step is the drying stage, the temperature in the furnace is 120-150 degrees, this process is mainly to evaporate the moisture in the raw materials; the second step is the pre-carbonization stage, at this time, the temperature in the furnace rises to 150-275 degrees, and the straw begins to undergo pyrolysis, hemicellulose will decompose into carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and acetic acid; the third step is the carbonization stage, the further pyrolysis of the straw will produce a large amount of combustible gas, as well as wood tar and wood vinegar, the temperature in the furnace at this stage is 275-450 degrees; the fourth step is the calcination stage, when the temperature reaches 450 degrees or more, a lot of heat is still needed to burn the straw carbon, discharge the residual volatile matter, and increase the fixed carbon content of the straw carbon.
After the carbonization of the straw is completed, it needs to be cooled before it can be discharged. At this time, the temperature of the straw carbon is very high, and it will spontaneously ignite in contact with oxygen in the air. Zhengzhou Jiutian carbonization machine has designed a closed air device and a water-cooled discharge machine at the discharge port to reduce the temperature of straw carbon to below 30 degrees.
Potato starch residue, a byproduct of potato processing, is often considered waste. However, with the right approach, it can be transformed into a profitable resource. One of the most effective ways to monetize potato starch residue is by using a potato r
The coal slime dryer is a specialized industrial equipment designed to reduce the moisture content in coal slime, a by-product of coal washing and processing. With the increasing demand for efficient energy utilization and environmental protection, the co
South America is endowed with abundant biomass resources that offer immense potential for renewable energy. The continent’s rich forests, expansive agricultural lands, and energy crops provide an excellent foundation for a robust biomass pellet production
Okara, also known as soybean pulp, is a byproduct of tofu and soy milk production. Although rich in fiber and protein, fresh okara has a high moisture content (about 80%), making it highly perishable. To extend its shelf life and enhance its usability in
