The complete set of equipment for the biomass pellet production line mainly includes: crusher, dryer, pellet machine, conveyor, cooler, and packaging machine. Each piece of equipment and every step has strict operating specifications and quality requirements to ensure the quality of the product.
Collection of raw materials: There are many raw materials for pellet production, such as crop straw, fruit shells, tree branches, bark, sawdust, etc. In order to ensure normal and continuous production of fuel, it is necessary to ensure the raw material demand for at least 15 days of production. Therefore, 500 to 600 tons of raw materials need to be stacked.
Raw material crushing: The requirements of the pellet machine for raw materials are 3-5mm, so except for sawdust, all the raw materials we collect need to be crushed.
Raw material drying: The biomass pellet machine has strict requirements on the moisture content of the raw materials. If the moisture content is too high, the produced pellets will break or not be shaped. If the moisture content is too high, it can be transported to the drum dryer through the auger conveyor and dried with hot air.
Raw material transportation: In order to save labor, we usually configure a transportation equipment. The processed raw materials are sent to the feed port of the pellet machine through the conveyor.
Raw material granulation: Biomass pellet machine is the most important equipment of the entire production line. According to the output and usage, the pellet machine has two categories: flat die and ring die, with vertical and horizontal types to choose from. The equipment operates stably and has strong pressure. The particles produced have high density, high molding rate and resistance to combustion.
Pellets cooling: The temperature of freshly made biomass pellets is as high as 80 or 90 degrees Celsius, and the structure is relatively loose and easy to break. They must go through a counter-flow cooling system and be cooled to normal temperature before being bagged and stored.
Pellets packaging: The cooled and complete pellets are transported to the packaging machine by a conveyor. The packaging machine performs measurement and bag packaging, and finally sends them to the finished product warehouse. Then you can sell directly.
