Coal slime has high moisture content, low calorific value, and low comprehensive utilization value. Therefore, in order to avoid waste of resources and increase the calorific value of coal slime, it is necessary to first use coal slime dryer equipment to dry the coal slime material.

Coal slime has a certain viscosity. During the drying process, the wet coal slime enters the dryer and the drying process is as follows:
1. Material guide area. The wet material slurry enters this area and contacts the high-temperature hot air to quickly evaporate the water. Under the movement of the guide plate with a large guide angle, the material will be introduced to the next work area if it cannot form a bond.
2. Lifting and cleaning area. The wet material is lifted up by the lifting plate in this area to form a material curtain. When the material falls, it is easy to form a phenomenon of sticking to the drum wall. Since the equipment is designed with a cleaning device in this area, the cleaning device can clean it very effectively. The material adhered to the inner wall is removed. In this process, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking up the agglomeration of material pellets, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate.
3. In the inclined lifting plate area, the wet coal slime is in a low-moisture and loose state, and the material no longer has a bonding phenomenon in this area. After sufficient heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharging area.
4. Discharge area. The drum does not have a lifting plate in this area. The material rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
Zhengzhou Jiutian is coal slime dryer manufacturer. The coal slime dryer supports customization, operates stably, is easy to operate and maintain, and is more affordable. Welcome to inquire!
