With the rapid development of the cattle raising industry, cattle manure pollution has become a major problem. Processing cow manure into cow manure organic fertilizer is a reasonable solution.
Cow dung organic fertilizer production line process:
① Raw material cow dung fermentation --- ② Crushing and mixing --- ③ Granulation --- ④ Drying --- ⑤ Cooling --- ⑥ Screening ------- ⑦ Packaging
1. Putting livestock and poultry manure and other materials into the fermentation tank and using a trough-type turning machine to turn over the fermentation can shorten the fermentation time more quickly and make it more fully decomposed and sterilized.
2. Crush the fermented materials with a crusher and then transport them to the screening machine.
3. Use a granulator to utilize the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously mix, stir and granulate fine powdery materials in the machine.
4. Send it to the dryer and cooler.
5. Then send the organic fertilizer particles to the screening machine, and the larger particles will return to the granulator to continue granulation.
6. Put the granules that meet the specifications into the coating machine.
7. The finished granular organic fertilizer can be weighed, packaged and put into storage using a packaging machine.
The cow dung organic fertilizer produced by fermentation has good fertilizer efficiency, is safe and explosion-proof to use, will not cause root burning and seedling burning, and can also improve soil fertility.
