The iron ore dryer is a drying equipment specially developed and manufactured on the basis of the rotary drum dryer, combined with the characteristics of iron ore itself, for iron ore drying. The dried iron ore has high quality, wide application range and large market demand, which can bring certain economic benefits to the enterprise.

Iron ore can be divided into magnetite, hematite, limonite, etc. It is a mineral aggregate containing iron element or iron compound that can be economically utilized, and is also an important raw material for iron and steel production enterprises. The iron ore is sent into the dryer through a feeding device such as a vibrating feeder. The iron ore is continuously picked up and scattered under the inner layer of the lifting plate to realize heat exchange. When the iron ore goes to the inner layer At the other end of the middle layer, it enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The iron ore in the middle layer is two steps forward and one step back. The material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle drum. This achieves a better dry state. The iron ore goes to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in a rectangular multi-circuit manner in the outer layer drum. The materials that have achieved the drying effect are quickly moved out of the drum under the action of hot air, and the wet materials that have not achieved the drying effect cannot be moved quickly due to their own weight, so they are fully dried in this rectangular lifting board.
