Lignite is a mineral coal with a low degree of coalification. It contains a lot of moisture inside and is easily weathered and broken in the air. The short storage time and high storage conditions limit the lignite market. Therefore, it must be dried before it can be applied to the industrial field. The lignite dryer developed by Jiutian first crushes and disperses the lignite and then thermally dries it, making the lignite treatment continuous, industrialized and automated. After the lignite drying process, the moisture content of the wet lignite can be reduced from 25% to 30% to 13% % or less, it can be used as fuel coal to improve the coal washing process.

The components of the lignite dryer include: pulverizer, conveyor, feeder, heat source equipment, rotary dryer, discharger, air induction system, dust removal equipment, temperature control device, electrical system, etc. The overall structure design is simple and compact, the weight is reduced to 2/3 of the traditional dryer, and the degree of automation is more than doubled.
Performance characteristics of lignite dryer
1. Adopt special design to reduce the degree of wear of the grinding wheel, reduce maintenance costs, and reduce production costs.
2. Gears, lifting plates, cylinders and other devices have reasonable design, precise parameters, higher safety, and almost zero failure rate.
3. The moisture in the finished product is greatly reduced, meeting the production requirements and more in line with the material requirements of the corresponding field.
4. Increase the inclination angle of the material guide plate at the feed end, so that the wet coal can quickly enter the intensive drying stage.
5. The front half of the dryer has increased the interval length of the movable slat-type wing plate lifting plate to prevent sticking.
6. Welding link cleaning chain in the lifting plate hopper strengthens the chain’s cleaning effect and heat conduction effect on lignite, and prevents lignite from adhering inside and outside the lifting plate and on the inner wall of the drum.

Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
