Wood chips are waste gas materials in wood processing and production. Random discarding in traditional disposal methods not only wastes resources, but also pollutes the environment. Wood chip dryer is one of the more commonly used wood deep processing equipment. It can effectively dry wood chips and other scraps and then apply them to other fields, creating greater economic value for users. So, what are the ways to increase the output of wood chip dryer?

First of all, increasing the output of wood chip drying equipment means improving the drying efficiency of the equipment. When we dry wood chips, we must ensure sufficient heat and stable temperature. Note that the hot blast stove supplies sufficient heat to the drying cylinder to ensure the stability of the temperature in the drying cylinder, so that the production can be better improved on the basis of ensuring the drying quality of wood chips.
Secondly, a reasonable lifting plate device. There are generally various forms of lifting plate devices designed inside the wood chip dryer. Its main function is to increase the contact area between wet wood chips and high-temperature flue gas, and enhance the quality of heat transfer. Therefore, according to the drying requirements, it is also very important to choose a suitable form of lifting device for the chip drying equipment.
Third, appropriately increase the speed of the chip drying equipment. Generally, the faster the rotating speed of the drying cylinder, the faster the material flows in the cylinder, so the more chances of contact with the hot air flow. Therefore, appropriately increasing the speed of the chip dryer within the allowable range is also an effective way to increase the output of the chip dryer.
