Bagasse is the waste after crushing and is a renewable biological resource. The traditional way to deal with bagasse is to discard it or use most of it as fuel, and its utilization rate is very low. Bagasse has a high moisture content and is not easy to store and transport for a long time. The bagasse dryer produced by Jiutian adopts a special crushing device, which can instantly break and disperse the bagasse, accelerate drying, and dry and wet evenly after drying. Bagasse is mainly composed of cellulose and lignin, with less protein, starch and soluble sugar, so how can it be used after drying?

1. Biomass fuel. The bagasse is crushed by a pulverizer, then passed through a bagasse dryer to reduce moisture, and then processed into fuel by a biomass pellet machine, which can be used as fuel by cement plants and power plants to increase its value.
2. Papermaking. Bagasse is rich in hemicellulose, lignin, cellulose, etc. It is an excellent raw material for papermaking. Through certain process equipment to degrade lignin, separate fibers to produce pulp, and then produce paper, cardboard, and environmentally friendly tableware.
3. Make organic fertilizer. Bagasse is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and organic fertilizers are processed through certain techniques and organic fertilizer equipment to create profits. It can also be crushed, used as a substrate for edible fungi, processed into mushroom sticks, or directly spread as a substrate fertilizer to increase value.
4. Make biochar or activated carbon. After the bagasse is crushed, the water is dried with a bagasse dryer, and then enters a continuous carbonization furnace to obtain carbon powder particles, which are then processed into carbon rods, carbon blocks, etc. by a molding machine. Biomass carbon powder is further processed into activated carbon with a higher value high.
Zhengzhou Jiutian provides a complete set of bagasse processing equipment such as bagasse drying, granulation, and carbonization. You can contact us for more machine details.
Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
