Zinc borate is an environmentally friendly non-halogen flame retardant, non-toxic, low water solubility, high thermal stability, small particle size, small specific gravity, good dispersibility, as a high-efficiency flame retardant is widely used in plastics, rubber, coatings and other fields.

Working principle: Zinc borate flash dryer adopts high-speed hot air flow to enter the cylinder body tangentially, and the spiral movement of the airflow in the cylinder reduces the temperature of the medium around the particles on the one hand, and increases the flow rate and temperature of the medium at the same time, which greatly improves the speed of out-diffusion. On the other hand, the high-temperature airflow hits the particles or small wet materials at the lower part of the cylinder at high speed, and at the same time, the stirring action of the stirring blades in the cylinder causes the particles to be broken, the particle size is reduced, and the length of the internal capillary is also reduced, strengthening the internal pressure. The effect of diffusion reduces the resistance of internal diffusion. Most of these particles are repeatedly crushed in the cycle of high temperature and high stirring intensity in the lower part of the cylinder. Eliminating material agglomeration is also a powerful measure to promote internal diffusion, which strengthens the evaporation of particle water.
The zinc borate flash dryer can complete the tasks of drying, crushing and screening at one time, avoiding the pollution to the environment during the processing. It changes the bearing induction water cooling of the traditional drying equipment into an oil pump connected with oil delivery to lubricate and cool the bearings, and adopts a half-ring spindle speed regulating motor, which has the advantages of stable transmission, low noise and long service life.
Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
