Alfalfa grass is a high-quality fiber feed, rich in protein and a lot of minerals and nutrients such as carbohydrates. Alfalfa grass can be dried with alfalfa grass dryer. After drying, alfalfa grass retains its own nutrients, bright color and fragrant smell. The alfalfa grass dryer is also suitable for drying straw, ryegrass, clover and other grass.
Drying principle: The alfalfa grass with a moisture content of about 45-75% is crushed by the conveyor and sent to the drum to achieve downstream drying. Through the three layers inside the drum, the heat exchange between the forage grass and the hot air is realized. The alfalfa grass that achieves the drying effect travels quickly and is discharged from the drum under the action of the wind. The wet alfalfa grass that does not achieve the drying effect cannot move quickly due to its own weight. It will control its itinerary to fully dry, so as to achieve the drying effect. After the moisture of the alfalfa grass is reduced to the moisture required by the customer, the drying process is completed and discharged by the screw conveyor. The alfalfa grass drying drum produced by our company is equipped with a special device inside, so that the alfalfa grass is heated evenly.
