The sludge dryer is suitable for drying sludge in rivers, ponds, parks, drainage, etc. Its equipment advantages: simple drying process, high efficiency, low energy consumption, stable operation, low coal consumption, fast drying speed, no environmental pollution, lower operating cost of the entire system, low noise, wide application range, especially suitable for integrated power plants and thermal energy company.
How does the sludge dryer dry sludge?
Typically, sludge contains 80%-90% water. At temperatures higher than 65 degrees, the sludge drying equipment can reduce the water content to 10% to 20%. Widely used in paper mill sludge, chemical sludge, electroplating sludge, leather sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, urban sludge, etc.
The sludge reaches the guide plate through the feed chute, and the sludge moves slowly to the outlet when the drum rotates. Sludge is directed into flight, and lifted. When flying through the center of the drum, the sludge is dispersed and falls through the hot air like a curtain. This process will be repeated multiple times to facilitate heat transfer. Install special chains and grates to break up sludge adhering to the inner wall of the drum. After drying for 40-60 minutes, the wet sludge becomes a dry loose mass.
