Focus on heavy equipment
Our company has been developing drying technology for many years, and can provide high-quality, high-efficiency and energy-saving drying equipment. Our flash dryers are designed to dry starch and fibers.
Two fans are used for processing air, one fan is used for intake and one fan is used for exhaust. This design allows atmospheric pressure at the inlet, which means product can enter the dryer without being compressed.
Although the starch content per cubic meter of air is higher than that in the dryer, our flash cooler units use the same cyclones as those in the dryer. To meet the low emission requirements of the air cooler exhaust, the exhaust air passes through one or two cyclones. This ensures the cleaning properties of the exhaust gas. Starch flash dryers can be equipped with a heat recovery unit, which further reduces energy consumption significantly.
We have the expertise to provide you with the right flash dryer. If you are interested in, please feel free to contact us.
As a byproduct of the beer brewing process, beer yeast has high nutritional value, but its high moisture content limits its storage and reuse. Yeast drying technology is becoming increasingly important in the beer industry and has become a key link in res
Paper pulp dryers are widely used in the papermaking industry and waste paper recycling industry, playing a key role in saving resources, reducing environmental pollution and improving the efficiency of the papermaking industry.
Brewer's grains are the main by-product of the beer brewing process. They have the characteristics of high moisture content and high viscosity. If they are not handled properly, they are likely to cause environmental pollution. A dedicated brewer's grai
Coffee grounds are a byproduct of the coffee making process and are usually considered waste, but they actually have multiple recycling values. Coffee grounds have a high water content and are easily spoiled, making them difficult to store and transport,
