The kitchen waste dryer is based on the drum dryer. It has the advantages of small footprint, strong processing capacity, stable performance and convenient operation for catering waste and various materials. When using a kitchen waste dryer, sometimes the kitchen waste is dried unevenly, which has a great impact on the quality after drying. So how did this happen? What should we do when they notice uneven drying?
Reasons for uneven drying of kitchen waste dryer:
1. The moisture content of the raw materials is different, resulting in uneven drying of the discharge
Under the condition that other dehydration conditions remain unchanged, if the water content of incoming food and beverage waste is different, the water content of outgoing food and beverage waste will also fluctuate. Therefore, before feeding, the moisture content of food and beverage waste should be measured to ensure that the original moisture content of the material is within an appropriate range.
2. Temperature fluctuations affect drying quality
Temperature is a key factor in the drying process of food waste. If the temperature provided by the heating equipment fluctuates, it will cause abnormal temperature in the drying room and uneven drying during the dehydration process of the food waste. At this time, the operator can adjust and control the temperature of the combustion chamber to make it reach a reasonable temperature parameter range and reduce the temperature fluctuation range, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the discharged water content. The operator should pay great attention to the fuel selection of the kitchen waste dryer when the equipment is running, and try not to change the fuel type midway. Even if you want to change the fuel, you should choose the fuel with the same calorific value as before, which is also related to regulation.
3. Control the uniformity of the feed
The feeding process of the equipment should be uniform and orderly, and should not be too fast or too small. If the feeding process is not uniform, it is easy to cause material accumulation or even blockage, resulting in the material in the drum being too dry or too wet.
