2. Temperature fluctuations affect drying quality
Temperature is a key factor in the drying process of food waste. If the temperature provided by the heating equipment fluctuates, it will cause abnormal temperature in the drying room and uneven drying during the dehydration process of the food waste. At this time, the operator can adjust and control the temperature of the combustion chamber to make it reach a reasonable temperature parameter range and reduce the temperature fluctuation range, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the discharged water content. The operator should pay great attention to the fuel selection of the kitchen waste dryer when the equipment is running, and try not to change the fuel type midway. Even if you want to change the fuel, you should choose the fuel with the same calorific value as before, which is also related to regulation.
3. Control the uniformity of the feed
The feeding process of the equipment should be uniform and orderly, and should not be too fast or too small. If the feeding process is not uniform, it is easy to cause material accumulation or even blockage, resulting in the material in the drum being too dry or too wet.
