The spin flash dryer is composed of air filter, blower, rotating flash host, feeder, cyclone separator, induced draft fan, control cabinet, etc. When the flash dryer is in operation, some materials with excessive viscosity and humidity will simply constitute the blockage of the equipment, which will bring great difficulties and influence to the production, reduce the operation efficiency, and cause economic losses for the enterprise.
According to the characteristics of the material, the filter needs to be selected in the drying operation. The filter is a device for filtering impurities in the liquid. The selection of the filter screen should be compatible with the inlet channel and aperture of the flash dryer. Generally, the mesh diameter of the filter should be 0.2 times that of the inlet channel or aperture of the flash dryer; install the camera number equipment on the machine. The drying status is transmitted to the supervisory machine in the control room in time, so that the operator can grasp the drying status in time, find the fault in time, and prepare to deal with the problem immediately.
The flash dryer has the dual functions of an airflow flash dryer and a pressure flash dryer. Use compressed air for drying when the pressure of the high-pressure pump has not reached the drying pressure when driving, and stop the compressed air when the high-pressure pump is in normal operation. In the same way, if the flash dryer is drying for some reason, it is not only always used to avoid wet material.
