Yeast is the residue produced in the process of brewing beer. Yeast contains a variety of nutrients. It can be used as feed to feed livestock and enhance its ability to resist diseases. However, due to the relatively high moisture content of yeast, it is inconvenient to directly transport and feed the yeast, so the yeast can be dried and processed by using the yeast dryer equipment, which is more convenient for the recovery and reuse of the yeast in the later stage.

Almost every day, the brewery produces a large amount of waste yeast, which can be reused after being dried in a yeast dryer. So what are the characteristics of brewer's yeast dryer?
1. The heat transfer mechanism of the yeast dryer is heat conduction, and the heat transfer direction remains the same throughout the operating cycle. Except for heat dissipation and heat radiation loss from the cover, all the remaining heat is used for the evaporation of the moisture content of the tube material film, and the thermal efficiency can reach 70-80%.
2. Large operating flexibility and wide applicability. Many drying parameters of the yeast dryer can be adjusted, such as the concentration of the feed, the thickness of the coating material film, the temperature of the heating medium, the rotation speed of the drum, etc., which can change the drying efficiency of the yeast dryer, and many factors are not related to each other. This brings great convenience to the yeast drying operation, so that it can adapt to the drying of a variety of materials and the requirements of different yields.
3. The drying cycle of materials is generally only 10-300 seconds, which is suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
4. The material film applied to the wall of the cylinder is very thin, generally 0.3-1.5mm, and the heat and mass transfer directions are the same. The surface of the material film can maintain an evaporation strength of 20-70kg.H2O/m2.h.
Yeast dryer has a wide range of applications, not only for beer yeast, but also for drying a variety of sauces. The system equipment is also suitable for drying in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
