Focus on heavy equipment
The belt sludge filter press is used as a supporting equipment for sewage treatment, which can press and dehydrate the suspended solids and sediments after air flotation treatment and the sludge produced in each biochemical section of sewage treatment into mud cakes to prevent secondary pollution. The purpose is a good solid-liquid separation equipment. What abnormal problems will the belt sludge filter press encounter in daily use? What are the solutions to these problems?
1. The solid recovery rate is reduced
(1) The belt speed is too large, causing material to run out in the extrusion zone, so the belt speed should be reduced appropriately.
(2) The tension is too large, which will cause the material to run out of the extrusion area, and cause part of the sludge to penetrate the filter belt and lose with the filtrate, so the tension should be reduced.
2. The solid content of the filter cake decreases
(1) When the mud quality changes and the dehydration performance declines, the test should be re-tested to determine the appropriate dosage. Sometimes it is due to improper dosage and high dosage, which makes the flocculant not easy to dissolve sufficiently. Although the dosage is sufficient, the conditioning effect is not good. Sometimes the location of the dosing point is unreasonable, leading to too long or too short flocculation time. The above conditions should be tested and adjusted.
(2) The belt speed is too high. If the belt speed is too high, the mud cake will become thinner, resulting in a decrease in solid content. The belt speed should be reduced in time. Generally, the thickness of the mud cake should be 5-10mm.
(3) The tension of the filter belt is too small. At this time, sufficient squeezing force and shearing force cannot be guaranteed, so that the solid content is reduced.
(4) The filter belt is blocked. After the filter belt is blocked, the water cannot be filtered out, so that the solid content is reduced, so the operation should be stopped and the filter belt should be rinsed.
3. The filter belt is seriously clogged
(1) If the flushing is not thorough, the flushing time or flushing water pressure should be increased.
(2) The tension of the filter belt is too high, so the tension should be appropriately reduced.
(3) Overdosing. If PAM is over-dosed, the viscosity will increase, which often clogs the filter cloth. In addition, the fully dissolved PAM can easily clog the filter belt.
(4) The sand content in the mud is too large, and it is easy to block the filter cloth. The operation control of the sewage pretreatment system should be strengthened.
4. The filter belt slips
(1) If the mud is overloaded, the load should be reduced.
(2) The tension of the filter belt is too small, so increase the tension.
(3) The rolling cylinder is damaged and should be repaired or replaced in time.
5. The filter belt often runs off the track
(1) The mud inlet is uneven, and the cloth is unevenly spread on the filter belt. The mud inlet should be adjusted and the mud leveling device should be repaired or replaced.
(2) Partial damage or excessive wear of the rolling cylinder should be inspected and replaced.
(3) The relative position between the rollers is unbalanced and should be checked and adjusted.
(4) The correction device is not sensitive and should be checked and repaired.
