The distiller's grains with high water content want to process the water to the reuse stage within a certain period of time, so the distiller's grain dryer is indispensable. At present, the processing of distiller's grains in the industry mainly realizes the evaporation and drying of water through heat transfer. Therefore, the temperature of the distiller's grain drying equipment is particularly important. So how much should the temperature of the equipment be controlled when drying the distiller's grains?
Distiller's grains are a kind of high-moisture material. During the dehydration and drying process, if the temperature is low, it is easy to stick to the wall or incomplete drying. If the temperature is too high, the phenomenon of mash is prone to occur. Therefore, to ensure the drying quality of the distiller’s grains, it is necessary to strictly control the temperature in the cylinder and to ensure that the distiller’s grains do not deteriorate during drying.
When the lees sludge with higher moisture content enters the barrel of the equipment, the high-temperature flue gas also enters from the same end. At this time, under the action of a large temperature difference, the moisture on the surface of the distiller’s grains can be quickly evaporated and dried, and the temperature at the entrance can reach 450°C. The high-temperature state can achieve instant mass heat exchange with the high-moisture distiller’s grains, and most of the moisture can be exchanged. It is quickly removed to ensure the stable calorific value of distiller's grains.
When the moisture on the surface of the vinasse evaporates to a certain extent, it will enter the constant speed stage. The temperature in the cylinder of the equipment is generally controlled at 300 ℃, which can better ensure the drying quality during the drying process of the vinasse. At this time, if you use a drum to dry at one time, it will cause the external gelatinization of the distiller’s grains, which will affect the quality and color. Zhengzhou Jiutian adopts a two-stage dryer. The distiller’s grains are highly dispersed in the airflow in a suspended state. The surface area of the heat and mass transfer between the gas and solid phases is greatly increased, the volume heat transfer coefficient is improved, and the appearance and stability of the distiller’s grains can be ensured at the same time.
It can be seen that there are certain changes in the temperature at each stage of the vinasse drying, which requires us to standardize the operation according to the characteristics and production requirements of the distiller’s lees when designing the drying process, to achieve the high-quality goal of distiller’s lees drying, and to reuse the distiller’s lees.
