Wine dregs dryers have become popular equipment in the drying industry. In order to ensure strong production and operation, some tips on the use of wine residue dryers are summarized to help you quickly achieve drying requirements:
1. Before starting the wine dregs dryer, check the power connection, whether the fixed position of the drum is correct, connect the power, open the upper cover, switch on the motor switch, let the drum run idling, and the steering should be in line with the shell. The arrows in the body indicate the same direction. After 5 minutes of working with the heating wire, there is still no hot air discharged. You should stop the machine and check whether the exhaust outlet of the heating wire is blocked.
2. The cover should be put down during drying work, and the machine should be stopped when loading and unloading the workpiece. Pay attention that the workpiece should be evenly distributed in the drum, otherwise the centrifugal force will not be parallel and the dehydration machine will shake violently. The rotating drum should not be overloaded or overfilled. If the dried workpiece is small and dense, or is easy to store liquid, first centrifuge and dry for 1-2 minutes, take it out, turn the workpiece to the position, and perform heating and centrifugal drying to achieve satisfaction effect.
3. To stop the rotating drum, first stop the electric machine, and then step on the brake plate with your foot, but remember that you must turn off the motor to brake. The dryer can perform centrifugal drying alone without heating, but it cannot turn off the motor for heating alone for drying.
4. The material should be prevented from reciprocating movement in the dryer cylinder, so that the material is easily sucked away by the wind, so that the storage volume of the material in the drum is too low, and the cross area between the material and the hot air is reduced.
5. Do not lengthen the length of the drum in order to increase the output value of the wine dregs dryer. If the diameter is too large, it will not be fully utilized, resulting in heat loss, and also increasing the area of equipment.
6. When operating the dregs dryer, it is necessary to master the wind speed in the drum. If the wind speed is too low, the exchange between the material and the hot air will be loosened and the drying power will be reduced.
7. The temperature of the inlet and outlet should be mastered. If the temperature of the outlet is too high, it will cause power damage, reduce the quality of the dried material, and make its color black and even paste.
Mastering the professional knowledge of the operation of the dregs dryer can reduce the potential safety hazards in production. If there is a problem with the dregs dryer, please feel free to contact us.
