Chicken manure is odorous, causing serious environmental pollution. Why do some chicken manure dryers evaporate harmful odors during the drying process of manure, which directly causes air pollution to threaten human health? But some chicken manure dryers can perfectly deodorize? The chicken manure dryer developed by Zhengzhou Jiutian not only has a deodorizing device, but also uses chicken manure purification, high temperature treatment, disinfection and sterilization, deodorization and other procedures to make organic fertilizer with high efficiency and long lasting.

  The working principle and performance of the deodorizing device of the chicken manure dryer:

  The chicken manure dryer is composed of an outer cylinder and an inner structure. Dust and odorous gas enters the cylinder from the lower part of the cylinder along the tangential direction at a speed of 15-25 m/s and rises spirally along the cylinder wall. The dust particles in the dust gas are thrown to the wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, and are wetted and captured by the water film produced on the inner wall of the cylinder from top to bottom, and the water film is discharged into the sedimentation tank through the water-sealed discharge outlet. The odor rises through the adsorbent to absorb the odor and is cleaned by the water of the water shower nozzle (the water is equipped with chemical raw materials). After several cleanings, the deodorization and desulfurization effect reaches 70-80%, which meets the environmental protection secondary emission standard.

  Structure: air inlet → manhole → nozzle → adsorbent → sedimentation tank → water pump → pipe → chimney, etc.

  Wastewater treatment: After 3-5 days of repeated use, the wastewater from the sedimentation tank should be replaced with new water. The waste water can be fermented with 10% of EM raw dew, and the temperature can be discharged after 20-30 hours of fermentation at 25-32℃, or it can be directly poured on the ground.

  Cleaning of the active adsorbent: The active adsorbent can be cleaned once after 20-30 days of continuous use. There are two methods:

  1. When the sedimentation tank is replaced with new water and no odor is introduced, the flow rate of the water nozzle can be increased, and continuous spraying for 1-2 hours;

  2. Open the manhole to take out the active adsorbent and clean it one by one with high-pressure nozzles in the clean water tank to enhance the adsorption effect;

  Under normal production conditions, if the chicken manure dryer does not deodorize suddenly, find the cause from the following conditions:

  1. Check whether the pump is operating normally.

  2. Check whether the water in the pool is smelly and need to be replaced with new water.

  3. Open the manhole to check whether the nozzle is blocked, and remove the nozzle to remove debris.

  The structure of the chicken manure dryer is simple and the quality of the equipment is excellent, and the probability of obstacles is small. However, the chicken manure dryer should always pay attention to the daily inspection and maintenance work, so as to extend the service life of the equipment.
