Untreated cow dung is likely to pollute the environment and affect the lives of surrounding residents, so cow dung needs to be treated. There are many traditional treatment methods. The commonly used method is to use cow dung as organic fertilizer after treatment, and as biogas after biochemical treatment. Below we introduce a method, which is to use a cow dung dryer to dry the cow dung and then briquette it as a burning material. This method has the advantages of low capital investment, easy to master, and strong applicability.
The principle of cow dung drying: the dung with a moisture content of 70% to 80% is dried by a cow dung dryer to a safe storage moisture with a moisture content of 13%. The whole process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing environmental pollution during the drying process. The drying equipment is composed of heat source, feeder, feeder, rotary drum, discharger, material crushing device, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet. The dehydrated cow dung enters the cow dung dryer, and the material is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air under the turning of the evenly distributed plate reader in the drum, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer of drying. It is dried in the rotary drum, and the material is extruded into the finished product by the dry manure processor under the action of the inclined board and the hot temperament. The formed cow dung can be used as burning fuel for dryers or for breeding Agaricus bisporus. You can sell the ones you don’t need.
The characteristics of cow dung drying: The treated cow dung is used as the fuel of the dryer, which can save coal costs and reduce expenses. The unused finished cow dung can be sold to increase profit; the dried cow dung can reduce environmental pollution; the cow dung dryer is easy to operate and maintain; the equipment covers a small area and is cheap. Zhengzhou Jiutian is a professional manufacturer of cow dung dryers, our equipments have been exported to Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Malaysia and many other countries. Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
