The wood shaving dryer is modified by Zhengzhou Jiutian based on the three-cylinder dryer based on the characteristics of wood shavings. It is used to dry the wet long shavings planed by the wood shaving machine. It has high thermal efficiency and little damage to the shape of the shavings, large production capacity.
When the shaving dryer is working, the motor passes through the triangle belt and is decelerated by the reducer in two stages, and drives the large ring gear through the small gear to make the cylinder run at the designed speed. After the wet shaving material enters the dryer, it is evenly distributed in the cylinder. When the cloth copying plate is turned, the materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, and fully contacted with the hot air in the downstream (countercurrent) flow, speeding up the drying heat transfer and mass transfer. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined lifting plate and the hot air flow, the material can be controlled and moved to the star-shaped discharge valve in the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished dried wood shavings.
Besides drying shavings, the shaving dryer can also be used to dry wood chips produced by wood chippers. It is widely used in production-oriented light industrial enterprises such as oriented structural boards, ordinary particle boards, density boards, fiberboards, and furniture factories, as well as in the drying of livestock and poultry manure, wine tank residues, pasture, and other materials.
