Focus on heavy equipment
Last year, Indian customer signed a contract with our company for a complete set of wood chip drying + carbonization production line. At present, the equipment components have been manufactured, and the drum dryer assembly work was carried out in the workshop yesterday.
Charcoal is a fuel widely used in households and industries, and charcoal can be made from a variety of biomass waste. In this project, the customer used waste wood chips as raw materials, and after a series of crushing, drying, carbonization, and briquette making processes, finally produced charcoal briquettes that can be used as fuel, realizing the conversion of wood waste into profits. Due to the high moisture content of wood chip raw materials, it needs to be dried by a wood chip dryer before entering the continuous carbonization furnace. The heat source used for drying is the high-temperature exhaust gas of the main carbonization furnace, and no additional heat source is needed, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
The carbonization host and remaining parts of the wood chip drying and carbonization production line have also been produced and will be assembled soon. We will continue to report on the follow-up progress of the project, you can contact us for more equipment details.
Potato starch residue, a byproduct of potato processing, is often considered waste. However, with the right approach, it can be transformed into a profitable resource. One of the most effective ways to monetize potato starch residue is by using a potato r
