Focus on heavy equipment
Recently, through the unremitting efforts of our workshop staff, we finally completed the production of the sand dryer required by Vietnamese customers. After passing the inspection, it was loaded and delivered to the logistics company on April 23, 2022.
The sand dryer ordered by Vietnamese customers is 10 tons per hour, which is used to dry white sand and yellow sand to make casting molds. After a busy afternoon of loading, the sand dryer was packed and shipped smoothly.
The heat source mode of Jiutian sand dryer can be adjusted according to the user's site conditions and local conditions, and economical and environmentally friendly fuels such as coal, gas, oil, and biomass particles can be selected to meet the needs of diversified production. Compared with the traditional single-cylinder sand dryer, the three-cylinder sand dryer has the advantages of fast drying speed, strong processing capacity, good drying effect, strong material applicability, easy operation, flexibility and convenience.
We will report on the follow-up progress of the project. If you are interested in our equipment, please feel free to contact us.
