Focus on heavy equipment
Recently, Zhengzhou Jiutian has completed the production of the continuous carbonization furnace customized for Vietnamese customers. The test machine has achieved good results and will be loaded and shipped soon.
The carbonization furnace equipment purchased by the customer is used to process coconut shells. Carbonizing the coconut shells can effectively utilize coconut shells, turn waste into treasure, and save a lot of manpower and financial resources. It is currently the most environmentally friendly technology for coconut shell treatment.

The continuous coconut shell carbonization furnace produced by Zhengzhou Jiutian adopts a double-tube structure, so that the coconut shell can produce a high-temperature dry distillation reaction in a relatively closed environment. In the relatively high temperature environment of the outer cylinder, the moisture in the material is further evaporated, so as to ensure that the carbon content of the produced coconut shell meets the ideal requirements. The machine adopts a multi-stage purification device, which can effectively filter out the harmful substances in the gas and extract the tar, which is not only environmentally friendly, but also increases the income for investors. In addition, the equipment adopts a combination of various cooling devices and sealing devices to prevent spontaneous combustion and deflagration caused by improper sealing of flue gas after the coconut shell is carbonized.
We will continue to report the follow-up progress of Vietnam coconut shell carbonization project. If you are interested in our equipment, or you want to know more cases, please feel free to contact us.
