Focus on heavy equipment
Recently, Zhengzhou Jiutian's production workshop assembled the yeast dryer ordered by customers in Inner Mongolia. Everything is operating normally and will be shipped normally.

Yeast dryer can be used to dry a variety of pulps, especially suitable for the recovery of waste yeast in breweries. The main body of the yeast drying equipment consists of drying cylinder, rack, transmission system, scraper device, limiter, scraping device, soaking device, Vapor system composition. In addition, it is equipped with an electric control cabinet and exhaust hood.
Yeast dryer is a dryer that heats materials and vaporizes moisture by indirect conduction heating, and uses steam for heating. The drying cylinder (roller) is a metal hollow cylinder with a processed outer surface and extremely smooth surface. Driven by a transmission device (large and small gear transmission), the drying cylinder rotates in the axial direction and the speed can be adjusted. The slurry is preheated in the preheating tank, preheated to about 50℃, and fed into the dipping tank at the lower part of the drying cylinder by a feed pump. The drying cylinder is immersed for about 60-80mm, and the outer surface of the rotating drying cylinder is coated with a uniform layer of slurry (ie film thickness), the steam pressure in the dryer is 0.15-0.3Mpa, the slurry is heated on the outer wall of the dryer, and the moisture is vaporized and discharged by the induced draft fan. The drying cylinder rotates once, the materials are dried, and the flake materials are discharged by the scraper on the outer wall of the drying cylinder, and fall to the discharge port for collection.
We will report on the follow-up process of this project. If you are interested in our yeast dryer, please feel free to contact us!
