On June 15th, the sauce residue dryer project cooperated by Zhengzhou Jiutian and Chongqing customers was installed and ready for later commissioning.
The initial water content of the waste residues of feed materials such as sauce residue, soy sauce residue and vinegar residue is relatively high. To achieve recycling, solid-liquid separation is first required to recover the solid materials. The main mechanical equipment required in this process is the sauce residue dehydrator. As a pre-dewatering treatment, deep solid material dehydration and upgrading requires high temperature and strong evaporation through a drum dryer, and the dry material reaches the standard of 12% water content.
The sauce residue dryer is a series of feed drying equipment of our company, which can be used for drying and upgrading the waste grains such as sauce residue, vinegar residue, bran, etc., high temperature and strong drying, high heat utilization rate and low energy consumption. Chongqing sauce residue dryer will also be an efficient, low-consumption and environmentally friendly sauce residue dehydration and drying production line.
The Chongqing sauce residue dryer will be debugged according to the customer's time requirements, and the company will continue to report on the project progress. If you want to know about various high-humidity waste residue drying equipment such as sauce residue, distiller's grain, bran, rapeseed meal, etc., please consult!
