Lignite is a low-grade coal with low energy density and relatively high moisture content, generally above 30%. Therefore, if lignite is to be used as fuel, it must be dried first. Then, the lignite dryer has become an indispensable equipment.
Working principle: The lignite dryer consists of a cylindrical structure. The cylinder is placed horizontally, with one end slightly higher and the other end slightly lower. When the equipment is working, the moist lignite is sent to the hopper through a belt conveyor or bucket elevator. Then the lignite enters the inside of the dryer from the higher end of the dryer. The dryer keeps rotating, and the lignite in the cylinder is brought to a high place and then falls down as it rotates. There is a lifting plate on the inner wall of the cylinder. The purpose is to bring the lignite to a high place and scatter it evenly, thereby increasing the contact area between the lignite and the air, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the lignite more quickly.
The lignite dryer has a very wide range of applications and is mainly used for drying low-grade coal such as lignite and peat to improve its utilization value. If you are interested in our equipment, please contact us.
Sugarcane bagasse is rich in cellulose and other nutrients and is a high-quality biomass fuel and environmentally friendly material. However, sugarcane bagasse contains a large amount of water. Before recycling, it needs to be dried using a bagasse dryer
Palm fiber is a fiber extracted from palm fruit bunches or palm trunks. It is widely used as mattress materials, papermaking materials, plywood cores and as biomass fuel. It is directly used in boilers with palm shells, coal, wood pellets and other biomas
The bentonite dryer uses high-temperature hot air to evaporate the water in the bentonite to achieve the purpose of drying. So how does the equipment work?
