Lignite is a low-grade coal with low energy density and relatively high moisture content, generally above 30%. Therefore, if lignite is to be used as fuel, it must be dried first. Then, the lignite dryer has become an indispensable equipment.
Working principle: The lignite dryer consists of a cylindrical structure. The cylinder is placed horizontally, with one end slightly higher and the other end slightly lower. When the equipment is working, the moist lignite is sent to the hopper through a belt conveyor or bucket elevator. Then the lignite enters the inside of the dryer from the higher end of the dryer. The dryer keeps rotating, and the lignite in the cylinder is brought to a high place and then falls down as it rotates. There is a lifting plate on the inner wall of the cylinder. The purpose is to bring the lignite to a high place and scatter it evenly, thereby increasing the contact area between the lignite and the air, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the lignite more quickly.
The lignite dryer has a very wide range of applications and is mainly used for drying low-grade coal such as lignite and peat to improve its utilization value. If you are interested in our equipment, please contact us.
Paper pulp dryers are widely used in the papermaking industry and waste paper recycling industry, playing a key role in saving resources, reducing environmental pollution and improving the efficiency of the papermaking industry.
Brewer's grains are the main by-product of the beer brewing process. They have the characteristics of high moisture content and high viscosity. If they are not handled properly, they are likely to cause environmental pollution. A dedicated brewer's grai
Coffee grounds are a byproduct of the coffee making process and are usually considered waste, but they actually have multiple recycling values. Coffee grounds have a high water content and are easily spoiled, making them difficult to store and transport,
Cassava residue dryer is a special drying equipment for cassava residue. The wet cassava residue is evenly dispersed in the drum through the lifting plate, fully contacted with hot air, and the drying process is accelerated. Under the action of the liftin
