Another is the steam indirect method: the steam indirect method is a set of gypsum drying and calcining process devices that are researched, developed and designed by themselves according to the energy situation and environmental protection requirements of the power plant. The device separates the free water that is easier to get out and the crystal water that is difficult to get out in two equipments, which makes it more reasonable and facilitates the quality control of product structure adjustment. The device can be produced in dihydrate gypsum, such as cement retarder. The heat transfer area per unit volume of the dryer is large, the equipment structure is compact, and the device occupies a small area. The equipment is equipped with a waste heat recovery and reuse device to reduce the energy consumption of the system.
