As a high-quality feed raw material, sugar beet residue is widely used in modern mixed feed production. How can beet residue meet the market supply and demand optimization adjustment, and facilitate storage, transportation and reprocessing? How to quickly dehydrate and dry beet pulp?
The beet dregs dehydration and drying production line can achieve faster, higher quality and less labor-saving drying of the sugar beet dregs. The output of the beet dregs dehydration and drying production line per unit time can reach hundreds of tons, and the specific production capacity is not limited. Therefore, whether it is a large-scale beet residue dehydration project or a small beet residue drying production line, there are corresponding mechanical equipment to meet the production needs.
The beet residue dehydration and drying production line mainly includes two major processes, one is dehydration and the other is drying. The beet residue dehydrator is mainly equipped with a belt dehydrator, which has strong adaptability and better solid-liquid separation effect. The beet residue dehydrator enhances the effect of pressure and shear by shortening and reducing the contact angle, and the solid material recovery rate is greatly improved, while the electromagnetic adjustment and tensioning system simultaneously enhances the dehydration capacity.
The beet dregs dryer adopts a three-layer rotary drum drying structure, a high-temperature powerful evaporation system, and a strong drying capacity. The moisture content of dry sugar beet residue is controlled at about 10%, and the storage period can be fully extended. The production capacity of the dryer is also unlimited, with a small footprint and low fuel consumption. It is currently the main machinery to achieve dehydration and upgrading of sugar beet residue at lower cost.
As a byproduct of the beer brewing process, beer yeast has high nutritional value, but its high moisture content limits its storage and reuse. Yeast drying technology is becoming increasingly important in the beer industry and has become a key link in res
Paper pulp dryers are widely used in the papermaking industry and waste paper recycling industry, playing a key role in saving resources, reducing environmental pollution and improving the efficiency of the papermaking industry.
Brewer's grains are the main by-product of the beer brewing process. They have the characteristics of high moisture content and high viscosity. If they are not handled properly, they are likely to cause environmental pollution. A dedicated brewer's grai
Coffee grounds are a byproduct of the coffee making process and are usually considered waste, but they actually have multiple recycling values. Coffee grounds have a high water content and are easily spoiled, making them difficult to store and transport,
