The carbonization machine uses the fuel rods in the furnace-semi-finished products. After ignition, the heat generated by the surface oxidation and combustion causes the fuel rods to decompose and carbonize. During the decomposition process, combustible gas, tar and char are generated. Among them, the combustible gas is mixed with a small amount of oxygen entering the furnace, and then an oxidation reaction occurs to generate more heat, which further maintains the temperature in the furnace and meets the heat required for the decomposition of the fuel rod.
The carbonization machine does not require any additional heating equipment. The heat required for the carbonization of the fuel rods in the carbonization furnace comes from the spontaneous combustion of the fuel rods themselves and the oxidation of combustible gases in the furnace. Electricity, gas, coal and firewood are not required for heating, so no additional heating equipment is required.

The carbonization machine has mature technology, simple operation, easy to master, safe and reliable. The spontaneous combustion type carbonization furnace has a history of more than ten years, and the operation technology is mature. After the carbonization furnace is ignited, the temperature change rate of the furnace can be changed only by adjusting the air intake to meet the different requirements for carbon quality. Therefore, it is possible to burn medium and low temperature carbon and high temperature carbon. In the process of operation, you only need to master the skills of ignition, adjusting the air intake and closing the fire. In addition, the carbonization furnace is connected to the outside world through a large-caliber chimney, and there will never be a safety hazard of excessive pressure due to blockage of the pipeline. The charring rate of spontaneous combustion fuel rods is high, up to more than 40%. The carbonization furnace has a long life and low maintenance costs.
Pulp is the raw material for making paper and cardboard, which is a fiber material made from plants (such as wood, cotton, agricultural waste) or recycled paper, and is formed by decomposing and mixing with water. Wet pulp is a fiber suspension with high
In sugarcane sugar factories, after extracting sugar from sugarcane juice, the remaining sugarcane bagasse can be used as fuel for power plants or boilers. Sugarcane bagasse usually contains 48% to 52% moisture, and due to the energy consumption required
As ethanol production increases, the supply of distiller's grains also increases. Distilled grains are waste produced by distilleries after alcohol production, containing a high amount of fiber and protein, with protein content ranging from 25-35%. After
The steam tube rotary dryer is a type of rotary dryer, which consists of a tube heat exchanger, inlet and outlet center tubes, rotating drum, feeding and discharging devices, induced draft fan, dust collector, and distribution cabinet. Unlike traditional
