Sawdust is an organic matter with a water content of about 40-50%. After drying, the water content is generally about 12%. The main water content is free water and biological water. Free water is easier to remove, while biological water is difficult to remove. The main methods for drying sawdust are natural air drying and mechanical drying.
1. Natural air drying method
Natural air drying is one of the traditional methods for drying sawdust. It has a simple process, does not require additional equipment and energy, and is low-cost. However, its drying speed is slow, is greatly affected by factors such as climate, season, and location, is not stable and is easily contaminated, and the quality of the sawdust after drying cannot be guaranteed.
2. Mechanical drying method
The mechanical drying method is to dry the sawdust through a professional sawdust dryer. It has a fast drying speed and high stability. The quality of the sawdust after drying can also be well guaranteed. Commonly used equipment includes rotary drum dryers, airflow dryers, etc. Among them, drum dryers are the most widely used in sawdust drying. Jiutian sawdust dryer adopts a new combined lifting device and a multi-layer sleeve structure to prevent the material from having wind tunnel phenomenon, so that the sawdust can fully exchange heat and dehydrate; and a coarse and fine particle separation device is added to greatly improve the heat utilization rate and also increase the output.
In short, according to different needs and actual conditions, you can choose natural air drying or mechanical drying. For large-scale sawdust production companies, mechanical drying is more suitable.
Paper pulp dryers are widely used in the papermaking industry and waste paper recycling industry, playing a key role in saving resources, reducing environmental pollution and improving the efficiency of the papermaking industry.
Brewer's grains are the main by-product of the beer brewing process. They have the characteristics of high moisture content and high viscosity. If they are not handled properly, they are likely to cause environmental pollution. A dedicated brewer's grai
Coffee grounds are a byproduct of the coffee making process and are usually considered waste, but they actually have multiple recycling values. Coffee grounds have a high water content and are easily spoiled, making them difficult to store and transport,
Cassava residue dryer is a special drying equipment for cassava residue. The wet cassava residue is evenly dispersed in the drum through the lifting plate, fully contacted with hot air, and the drying process is accelerated. Under the action of the liftin
