Bagasse is the waste product after sugar cane is extracted. If it is discarded at will, it will cause environmental pollution and produce a foul odor. However, bagasse can be treated through appropriate processes and turned into a recyclable resource.
1. Make fuel. After crushing the bagasse, put it into the sugarcane bagasse dryer, remove the moisture of the bagasse by high temperature, and then use the biomass pellet machine or biomass briquette machine to press it into high-temperature biomass pellets and biomass briquettes, or produce carbon powder by high-temperature pyrolysis in the carbonization furnace. Finally, cool the high-temperature biomass pellet fuel/carbon powder. After the bagasse is solidified and formed, the shape, density, combustion value, durability, storage and transportation convenience of the bagasse have been greatly improved, greatly expanding the use and value of the bagasse.
2. Make environmentally friendly tableware. By separating, extracting, alkalizing, rinsing, disinfecting, and rolling sugarcane bagasse, it can be made into a white paper film, which can then be formed into tableware of various shapes and sizes, such as plates, bowls, and trays. Tableware made of sugarcane bagasse has the advantages of high hardness, biodegradability, high temperature resistance, and waterproof and oil-repellent.
3. Papermaking: The bagasse is filtered and centrifuged to separate the impurities and liquid to obtain a solid substance containing cellulose. The bagasse is then added to a large digestion pot, and an appropriate amount of water and chemicals are added. The cellulose and other substances in the bagasse are separated by high temperature and pressure to form cellulose pulp. The cellulose paste is then rinsed to remove the residual impurities and chemicals. Subsequently, it is dehydrated by pressing and other methods to reduce the moisture in the cellulose paste. The dehydrated cellulose paste is then evenly poured onto a mesh cloth, and through processes such as extrusion, pressing and drying, an interwoven network structure is formed between the cellulose fibers. The wet cardboard obtained in the papermaking process is then dried. Finally, the dried cardboard is subjected to processing steps such as cutting, trimming and packaging to obtain finished sugarcane paper.
Through appropriate processes, waste bagasse is transformed into various usable resources. Zhengzhou Jiutian is a professional rotary dryer manufacturer. We provide a full set of bagasse fuel production line equipment, if you are interested in, please contact us.
