Focus on heavy equipment
Distillers grains are a by-product of distilleries and are rich in nutrients such as protein, yeast and vitamins, and can be used as animal feed or fertilizer. However, due to the high moisture content of the lees, it needs to be dried to facilitate storage and transportation. The distiller's grain dryer is a kind of equipment specially used for drying the distiller's grain. The following will introduce the technological process of the distiller's grain dryer.

1. Preprocessing
Before drying, the distiller's grain need to be pre-treated. First, the lees need to be screened to remove impurities and large particles of lees. Then, it needs to be stirred evenly to facilitate even heating during the drying process.
2.Add ingredients
Pour the processed distiller's grain into the dryer, and pay attention to controlling the thickness and even distribution of the distiller's grain in the dryer.
3.Heating
Start the distiller's grain dryer and send hot air into the dryer through the heater to heat the distiller's grain. At the same time, the drum inside the dryer begins to rotate, so that the distiller's grains are evenly heated and turned to achieve a uniform drying effect.
4. discharge
After a period of drying, the moisture content of the distiller's grain is reduced to a certain level and can be discharged from the dryer.
5. Cool down
After the distiller's grain is discharged, it needs to be cooled to lower its temperature, which will also help reduce the humidity of the distiller's grain.
6. Packaging or selling
After drying and cooling, the distiller's grain can be packaged or sold directly. When packaging, attention needs to be paid to controlling the moisture content and shelf life of the distiller's grains to facilitate transportation and storage.

Pulp is the raw material for making paper and cardboard, which is a fiber material made from plants (such as wood, cotton, agricultural waste) or recycled paper, and is formed by decomposing and mixing with water. Wet pulp is a fiber suspension with high
In sugarcane sugar factories, after extracting sugar from sugarcane juice, the remaining sugarcane bagasse can be used as fuel for power plants or boilers. Sugarcane bagasse usually contains 48% to 52% moisture, and due to the energy consumption required
As ethanol production increases, the supply of distiller's grains also increases. Distilled grains are waste produced by distilleries after alcohol production, containing a high amount of fiber and protein, with protein content ranging from 25-35%. After
