Recently, a distiller's grain dryer project in Qi County, Shanxi Province is under installation. It is believed that it will be put into operation soon to help the local distiller's grain resource recycling. The project is participated in by Zhengzhou Jiutian Machinery. From project planning, equipment selection, installation and commissioning, Zhengzhou Jiutian provides full-process services, focusing on high-standard and sustainable construction requirements, and creating an efficient and intelligent benchmark distiller's grain drying and recycling project for customers.

The raw material of this project is mainly distiller's grains. A multi-layered plate drum dryer is used to treat the distiller's grains in a targeted manner. It has high efficiency, large production capacity and good effect. The moisture content of the dried distiller's grains is about 12%. The dried distiller's grains can be turned into high-quality feed for poultry and livestock breeding, realizing its resource recycling and improving the economic value of the distiller's grains.
